Access to pricing and the ability to place orders is limited to accounts that have completed our research account application and been approved. We may request additional documentation (e.g. institutional affiliation, business registration) at any time.
By placing an order, the buyer represents and warrants that:
BB Peptides LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any account or order where there is reason to believe products will be used for human consumption, clinical treatment, cosmetic use, veterinary use, or resale to consumers.
Certificates of Analysis (COA) are provided for each batch and are viewable on the relevant product page. Orders currently ship within the United States only. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation and account verification; you'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Research compounds should be stored per the handling guidance on the product's COA and label upon receipt. See our Refund and Return Policy below for what happens if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
All sales are final. Because these are research compounds, orders cannot be returned or refunded once shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact Support@BBPeptides.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the affected items or issue a refund for them.
We accept payment by credit or debit card, processed through a payment provider vetted for business-to-business sale of research-use-only compounds. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. Orders are not accepted through peer-to-peer personal payment apps (e.g. Venmo, Cash App, Zelle), which generally prohibit this category of transaction in their own terms of service. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
Products are sold "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. BB Peptides LLC does not warrant that products will meet your specific research requirements or that results obtained from their use will be accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BB Peptides LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your purchase or use of any product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will BB Peptides LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to any order exceed the amount actually paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BB Peptides LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms of Sale, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

We share information with service providers who help us run the site and business — our web hosting provider, our payment processor, and email service provider — solely for the purposes described above. We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, including the attestation records described in our Terms of Sale.
Our products, accounts, and this website are offered only to organizations and individuals located within the United States, excluding California. We do not knowingly accept applications, orders, or accounts from California, or from outside the United States. If you believe you've reached this site in error from an area we don't serve, please do not submit an application.
You may contact us at any time to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about your account.
